Ecopresent is a trade only supplier for all European countries, except for Belgium where Ecopresent supplies to both end users (B2B) and distributors.
Please register on our website www.ecopresent.be . After approval we will send you a login for the webshop. On the webshop you will find the MOQ’s for all products and prices for various quantities
If you need us to call you back or want contact by phone then mail us your telephone number with your request (please use our contact form) and we will call you as soon as possible.
Before you can order at Ecopresent, you have to register and login. We only accept orders placed via our webshop. You can upload your artwork using the available templates.
After you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation/pro forma invoice for pre-payment. After we receive your payment, we will confirm and process your order. You will receive a final digital proof for final approval. We request that artwork is approved within 24 hours. Once printed, the order will be despatched to your requested delivery address.
The delivery time will vary for each item and is noted on the product page.
We work with several carriers as GLS or UPS among others, we are not responsable for delays in transport. The standard delivery time is between 9am and 5pm on workdays.
We use neutral packing.
It is possible to send directly to your customer (max. 1 address). You can upload your own packinglist at the time of ordering. Please note that we only send to office addresses which must have a reception attendance on regular office hours. We cannot deliver on event sites or outdoor locations nor in the weekends or during holidays.
We are happy to provide you of a sample, when available. You can order the sample online.
