After you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation/pro forma invoice for pre-payment. After we receive your payment, we will confirm and process your order. You will receive a final digital proof for final approval. We request that artwork is approved within 24 hours. Once printed, the order will be dispatched to your requested delivery addressi
The delivery time will vary for each item and is noted on the product page.
We work with several carriers as GLS or UPS among others, we are not responsable for delays in transport. The standard delivery time is between 9am and 5pm on workdays.
We use neutral packing.
It is possible to send directly to your customer (max. 1 address). You can email your own packinglist at the time of ordering. Please note that we only send to office addresses which must have a reception attendance on regular office hours. We cannot deliver on event sites or outdoor locations nor in the weekends or during holidays.
